Boatly pulls every booking into one live calendar, synced both ways in real time — so you can sell on every channel without ever double-booking a boat.
List on enough marketplaces and your calendar lives in five places at once. Boatly makes it live in one — synced both ways, in real time.
No migration project, no onboarding call required. Three steps and your fleet is selling on every channel from one calendar.
Paste your Airbnb, GetMyBoat and Click&Boat calendar links once. From then on Boatly keeps them in sync both ways — no more manual blocking.
Seasons, opening hours, turnaround buffers, deposits and the pricing engine — configured per boat in minutes, not spreadsheets.
Drop the booking widget on your website and start taking commission-free direct bookings. Every channel stays in sync automatically.
We list across three marketplaces and take bookings on our own site. Before Boatly that meant five calendars and a constant fear of double-booking. Now it's one screen — and the direct bookings we used to lose to commission are finally ours.
We're early, and we say so. Today Bootje Utrecht runs their entire operation on Boatly — and we're onboarding the next operators by hand. Come aboard now and you get the founders on speed-dial and real say over what we build.
Not a generic booking app with a boat sticker on it. Boatly is built around how rental fleets really run — seasons, buffers, captains, deposits and all.
Drop one line of HTML on your website and take real-time bookings with live availability and pricing. Customers book in seconds; you keep every euro. Match it to your brand with your own accent colour, button label and corner radius.
Direct, Airbnb, GetMyBoat and Click&Boat bookings — every channel, one timeline, colour-coded by source.
Define summer, shoulder and winter seasons with their own weekly opening hours per boat. The calendar handles the rest.
Offer self-drive, optional skipper or captain-included. Add insurance and deposits as required add-ons at checkout.
Turnaround buffers, minimum notice, shortest rentable slot and how far ahead people can book — enforced automatically.
Flexible, moderate, strict or fully custom — set the rules once and they show on every booking, every channel.
A sunny Saturday evening in July is not a wet Tuesday morning in October. Boatly stacks pricing rules so the right rate comes out automatically — no spreadsheets, no manual quotes.
Hourly or daily, set per boat per season.
Weekend premiums applied automatically — e.g. +25% Fri–Sun.
Charge more for the golden-hour evening slot than the morning.
King's Day, regattas, local holidays — one-off rates by date range.
Plug a GPS tracker into the hull and Boatly streams its position straight into your dashboard. See which boats are out, spot one that drifts outside its zone, and settle "we were back on time" disputes with the actual track.
1% of the revenue you book across every channel through Boatly — capped at €99 a month, forever. Small season, you pay almost nothing. Big season, your price never runs away from you.
Pay-as-you-earn
Your price never exceeds this
Boatly exchanges calendars with Airbnb, GetMyBoat and Click&Boat over iCal — the standard those platforms already support. A booking on any one of them blocks the same dates everywhere else automatically, and your direct bookings flow back out to the marketplaces the same way. You set it up once per boat.
No catch. You pay 1% of the revenue you book through Boatly each month, and that bill can never exceed €99 — every feature included, unlimited boats. Cross roughly €9,900 of monthly bookings and you've hit the ceiling; everything above that is effectively free. The more you grow, the lower your effective rate.
No. You copy one snippet of HTML and paste it into your website — the same way you'd embed a YouTube video. You can restyle it to match your brand from the dashboard. If you can edit your site's text, you can install the widget.
A compatible GPS tracker fitted to the boat that reports its position over the network. Boatly receives those positions and plots them live in your dashboard, with per-boat history. It's optional — the booking platform works fully without it.
We're early and we'd rather be straight with you: Bootje Utrecht in the Netherlands runs their day-to-day rentals on Boatly as our launch partner. We're onboarding new operators now, which means you get direct access to the people building the product and real influence over what ships next.
